James Levine, President
James Levine is one of the most knowledgeable security professionals in the industry. Mr. Levine is co-founder of Vance International, a Washington, D.C. based security company that provides protection, training, and consulting services in the U.S. and abroad. As a recognized leader in the field of security operations, Mr. Levine helps companies pursue innovative approaches to traditional services.
When Mr. Levine's business was sold, he was determined to participate in a quality opportunity to serve families and their children. CHABAM is the result of these interests.
Mr. Levine has been a member of and featured speaker for the American Society for Industrial Security and the Labor Policy Association. He has written a number of published articles on security related issues.
Mr. Levine's community service is extensive. He serves on the boards of the many regional organizations and works with a number of municipal organizations and businesses as an advisor on security and emergency preparedness issues.
Mr. Levine lives with his wife Jennifer, twin 3-year old daughters and a 6-year old son.
Robert Levine, Executive Vice-President
Mr. Levine began his career as a trained social worker at the Jewish Community Center and later the B'nai B'rith Youth Organization, where he was the Regional Director. While practicing social work, Mr. Levine was elected Founding President of the Greater Cleveland Professional Staff Association and the International BBYO Staff Association.
For 17 years, Mr. Levine served as the Executive Vice President of Cleveland Cotton Products, a national publicly held industrial supplier of maintenance products throughout the US and Canada.
He joined US Title Agency as Senior Vice President and Managing Partner. US Title, specializing in commercial transactions, is the oldest and largest privately held title agency in Cuyahoga County. After 12 years with the company, Mr. Levine retired.
Mr. Levine has been involved in a variety of community service activities, including as volunteer consultant to several communities in Greater Cleveland.
Mr. Levine lives with his wife Beverly. They have three adult children and four grandchildren.
