Safety & Security
The CHABAM facility features innovative, state of the art security systems for the safety of your children and you. CHABAM President James Levine has an extensive background in security and law enforcement and is uniquely sensitive to the needs of children and their families.
Working with one of the nation's foremost developers of technologically advanced security solutions, CHABAM is equipped with high-tech security and safety equipment.
Security cameras are mounted throughout the facility to monitor activity and ensure the safety and appropriate interaction of children. CHABAM has a specially designed, imported Swedish humidification system that make the overall facility more comfortable while drastically reducing the spread of germs to keep children healthier.
Perhaps the most important element of the CHABAM security system makes certain that your child is only picked-up by authorized individuals. Every child and adult granted approval by the primary caregiver is digitally photographed and adults are given a unique PIN number. Upon entering the facility, the PIN number and a photograph match are required.
The registration area at the front entrance of the CHABAM facility allows our professional staff to monitor traffic into and throughout the facility. Once a child enters programming areas, secured doors throughout the facility prevent outsiders from entering the space. As an added safety precaution, our professional educators personally escort children from the secure play area.
In addition, The American Red Cross has certified all of the CHABAM professional educators in CPR, First Aid, Communicable Diseases and AED defibrillator. As an added commitment, high-powered generators assure that in the event of a power outage, lights, heat and security systems will continue to operate normally.
